From residential clients to Contracting Officers (COs) and Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), each project is an opportunity to work alongside others toward a shared goal. We don’t approach construction as a transaction. We approach it as a partnership—where trust, communication, and follow-through matter just as much as the final product.

Bethel is led by Bryan Dolinar, who brings more than three decades of experience in both residential and commercial construction, along with over eight years of federal construction as a prime contractor.

His background includes hands-on fieldwork, project management, quality control, and leadership across a wide range of project types—from detailed residential craftsmanship to complex federal work.

That experience matters—but it’s not the foundation.
